Almost exactly a year ago I did a Maternity session at Leu Gardens with Jessica and her family as they were expecting their second son (you can see the session here) When I heard she was expecting again we started talking about a fun way to do a gender reveal. The day of their anatomy scan they had the technician put the pictures in a sealed envelope and came to meet me at a local park. I had chalk powder in both pink and blue waiting.  As Jessica and her family got out of the car and ready, I opened the envelope praying they had clearly stated the gender... Thankfully they had, though I did re read it to be certain. My hands were shaking a little trying to get the correct color chalk ready without spilling it on me and giving the surprise away.When they tossed the chalk it took a few minutes for it to settle and for them to be able to distinguish what color it was. Happy tears and excitement as they learned they will be adding a little lady to their family in a few months.
